When I joined in 2021, the newly rebranded Angi needed to grow its in-house Design & Creative team, establish its new identity, and reintroduce itself to world. Since then, I’ve gotten some stuff done.

From the big stuff, like defining the Angi voice, developing resources, and safeguarding the brand in our external messaging…

…to the other big stuff, like overhauling our social media presence on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and TikTok, growing follower counts and elevating our content.

In between, I was concepting brand campaigns, optimizing email franchises, managing a copy team, providing scripts for podcast reads, editing internal documents, workshopping UX copy, crafting full-page ads for the New York Times, refreshing customer care scripts, brainstorming event swag, working with vendor partners, writing Angi push notifications, etc.

Because if you don’t write the voice, you can’t really know it.
